Common Rail
We can carry out sealed rail testing to determine a faulty Pump or Injectors whether Bosch or Delphi system in situ on vehicles using sealed rail testing, this ensures only the faulty pump or injectors are removed and repaired. Unless the rail pressure reaches a required internal pressure the injectors will not trigger from ECU. It is important the correct diagnosis is made to prevent unnecessary equipment being removed and tested.

We can test and repair Bosch Common Rail Injectors on the Bosch 815 test bench. Using a Genuine Bosch test bench and Bosch software we overhaul injectors to factory standards, whilst testing with working pressures maintaining 1600 BAR.

Delphi Common Rail Injectors require reprogramming or reconfiguring to each individual cylinder on refitting to the engine to ensure the fuel flow characteristics from testing are read by the vehicle ECU. We can diagnose faulty injectors, repair, refit and reconfigure all in our equipped workshop.

Delphi Common Rail Injectors are repaired and then tested on an Hartridge AVM2PC test bench. Using Hartridge equipment and Delphi software we can maintain factory standards again with working pressures maintaining 1600 BAR.

From vehicle sealed rail testing, to removing injectors, flow testing, repairing, refitting and reconfiguring we can do the entire job with out fuss in our fully equipped workshops.
